[Loklorien s'Ilancy]

I've seen other sites have ranks in their sidebar member info, and thought it might be cool if we adopted it as well. To note, it doesn't have to be Star Wars specific, and I can certainly see Mutants having their own as well.

For Mutants it would be Mutant and Mundane obviously. OR maybe the 1-3 ranking for mutants from the registration act.

That sounds like a really good idea for the Mutants setting :) I'll put some together tonight when I get home. Though, definitely feel free to make some as well since you're more well acquainted with the Mutants setting than I am :) And thanks, I'm glad you guys like them ^_^

Are we hoping to have enough of these icons that absolutely everyone gets to have one? Maybe it'd be useful to have some broad / catch all ones... "Rebel" and "Imperial" for anyone who doesn't fit into a specific rank/title box? Maybe "Agent" for all our spy characters? "Senator" and "Moff" for the more political people? Maybe "Scoundrel" as a neutrally type one for people like Ben and Sanis?

Also, what font is that on the Star Wars ones? The O is really cool!

And yeah, I'm wanting everyone that is a member to be able to have one. Whether it be IC specific or even a general OOC one. All those others you listed are great ideas; definitely going to be using scoundrel, hehehe. One of the main things I want them to be is colorful and eyecatching.

As far as the font in the Star Wars ones, it's the Clone Wars font I grabbed from 1001freefonts :)

I really like the Senator one, it's really pretty.

For MU do you think maybe you could make something for the registration threat levels? It's 1-6, with 1 being harmless, and 6 being destructive on a large scale and also a wanted terrorist (aka Saladin).

Andrew probably remembers the level for each number better than me. But I was thinking the lvl 1 would be green up to like blinking red for 6, or whatever. :)

Also, post here if you don't have a ct yet. I am getting to accounts as they come to me, and I know there will be gaps.

Please include whether you are any of the above icons; I will be making a Sith Knight icon to allow for the middle ground/nebulous area between Sith apprentice and Sith master, so if you play a Sith that you feel falls into that category, definitely say so.

If you have recommendations for other icons voice them. As long as they're over-arching and cover a swathe of folk, I will be happy to make and implement them.




edit - another thing to consider: There are some accounts that I cannot add these ct's to due to their already present text ct's (Akasha and Ben coming to mind first) and the character limits. How would you guys feel about injoke text-only ct's being solely for ooc/main accounts, and the rank icon ct's for IC accounts?
