Let's Make Pulp Covers for Our Threads!

I had even made a few covers, but as is par for the course, I promptly forgot about it until now.

I figured it'd be a fun distraction for a little bit, to put together some awesome covers for the threads that we've done and are doing, so let's see what we can do :D
