Hey tech people. Need some advice on free email hosting.

Hey all,
SO i'm working on a domain for Arkansas based Saxophone players. I have my domain registered and I'm looking for a free Email web host. I am looking at Windows Live, Fastmail.fm, and ZOHO. I was wondering if anyone had worked with these as domain email hosts and if anyone had any advice as to which of these or other email hosts to use.

Yep I can help, I'm familiar with a bunch of services - I'm recovering from a race at present so I'll go into details tomorrow Hell, if your requirements arent too big I can look at simply doing it off the back of Chris/my hosting.
