We could save the other thread for discussions, speculations, hopes and dreams etc. But I thought it'd be fun to have a thread where we just post once, with the games we've bought, how much for, and whether or not they were on our wishlist/planned or spontaneous.

I bought Scribblenauts Unlimited, because it's cheap and looks ridiculously fun. And I also picked up Don't Starve, which I've heard a lot of good things about. I missed out on the Dragonborn DLC, because Steam kept failing to process my transactions due to load and yadda yadda yadda, and it's now only 30% off. Fingers crossed that will change.

To be honest, I didn't expect to make so many purchases, but I've recently become more accomodating to indie and unconventional games. I have Markiplier to thank for that. As a result, and with no big multiplayer games or MMO's on the go, I have a whole host of new games to enjoy instead.

Just wish I had the time to play some of them... :grumble

Bought Dishonoured and Dues Ex: Human Revolution (cause it was like $5 or something ridiculous).

Still have my eyes on a few more if they get cheap enough.

What I've grabbed so far in the sale;

Bioshock Infinite - 29.99$
Sins of a Solar Empire; Rebellion - 9.99$
Torchlight II - 4.99$
Galactic Civilizations Complete Pack - 6.99$
Dragonborn DLC - 13.99$
Endless Space Pack - 11.89$
Defiance Standard Edition - 13.59$

Bioshock, Defiance, and the Dragonborn DLC were my primary targets with the rest being side diversions. Who knows when I'll get around to playing any of them though?

I finished Gunpoint in a single sitting last night - an absolute gem of an indie game by one of the writers of PC Gamer UK. Check it out!

Picked up Eve Online, FC3 Blood Dragon, and SimCity 4 Deluxe Edition. Now, I'm telling myself to stop, as I had budgeted myself for around 100$ for the sale and currently stand at roughly 110$ spent so far.

No Friday purchases for me so far - Civ5 is on offer and the only DLC I'm missing is the Brave New World expansion which isn't on offer as it was only recently released. Metro: Last Light can wait until Christmas and hopefully a better saving of 40%. The only must-have other than Skyrim (which I have) is Baldur's Gate but I think I mentioned in another thread that the best version to play is a properly modded original version - GOG.com is the place to go!

Currently I'm watching some Markiplier waiting for the Flash Deals to update in about 15 minutes time...

I forgot when it happened but I believe BNW for Civ5 had been on sale earlier for 50% off, it was sometime early in the sale though and I'd passed on it then. Anyways, I kind of missed the developer bundles that they had in last year's sale but other then that I came out satisfied.

I read up on that - when the first Civ5 deal was on, they accidentally put Brave New World on offer but took it off once they realised.
