OK, his character skills raise a few red flags. For instance, does he realize he can't just waltz up to a full-blown Master unnoticed? Is he willing to understand he will be learning and starting from the bottom like everyone else?

After seeing his initial reaction from GJO, I don't think his reaction here is going to be any better.
