Request for a Council Thread

Hi folks. I've been watching my Padawans recently and I feel like it's about time one of them got a shot at promotion.

Kyle Krogen has been pretty active recently and I've been keeping watch on his threads.

Deal is, the Council has to convene to discuss it.

Being a member of the Council myself, I'm all for this thread happening and would like it to happen as soon as possible.

Oh, before I forget, here are a few threads that I think make Krogen's case pretty well.

I think we need at least 3 Council members to make this work, if I remember rightly. I'd like three of the Council members to not be Wei, since he is Kyle's teacher and would tend to have a small bias.

As do I. I'll try and base my dicision and arguments off of IC motives, and not just because he is my brother OOC. :)
