As per my treaty with the Sovereignty I offer any aid needed in the defense of your worlds. I can not assist in offensive action but I can offer Defense FLeets to guard Sov holdings so Main line ships can be cleared up tfor front line fighting. Please Let me know what assistance i can be to My imperial Brothers.

Indeed it is. You may have your forces move to Vularch and Teyr so we can free up those occupation forces for further offensives.
