Let me get back to you on the branch etc.. but the character (L9-65) was a Maw Installation prototype droid specialist. He is both a military/war droid and a protocol, military protocol that is. L9 has the ability to have his programming swapped from chasis to chasis effortlessly, letting him go from destroyer to mouse depending on the mission
