Drowning sorrows (Open)

[Jaassuuvi Ageerrodarr]

The door of Yog's Bar and Grill opened wide and instepped the tall and handsome jaassuuvi Ageerrodarr. He was stopped by the guards at the entrance and asked to leave all his weapons with them before proceding further into the building. Jass let out a sigh and handed over all of his weapons, a process that took a few minutes.

He walked away from the guards and up to the bar, at which he sat down on a stool. He called the bartender over "Gjive me sssomethjing ssstrrrong... verrrjy ssstrrrong" And bar tender turned around nad grabbed a bottle and a fresh glass and set them infront of the brown hair cizerack and filled the glass with a clear liquid "Enjoy" The tender said before moving on to another patron

Jass picked up the grass and took a large gulp, hoping the drink would make him feel better. He had spent the last year back on the Cizerack Homeworld. Serving his mistress rather then collecting bounties like he usauly did.

The only reason why he was here was because his mistress had recently been killed. She was traveling to corascant when the transport ship she was on was attacked my a band of space pirates and all aboard were killed. Jaas had not been there. His mistress had instructed for him to remain at home

He reached up and rubbed the area around his neck where his collar has been. The collar was a symbol of him being a manservant. but now that he had no mistress he removed the collar from his neck and returned to the only other lofe he had, bounty hunting

So far he hasn't managed to find a job and here he was., drowning his sorrows in a nameless drink.

Jacen walked in the little establishment and went straight to the bar. He wasn't old enough to buy any alcohol, but that didn't matter. He just wanted sometime to think and prehaps something to eat. He was just finished with his training lesson with Rognan, and had a lot of things on his mind.

The young boy went to the bar and sat down on one of the stools. He spun around and called the bartender to him. "Can I get a glass of Blue Moon juice and whatever your special is today."

"Sure be right back with it."

As the man went to fill his order, Jacen looked up and down the bar at the other people, recognizing a few, but when he turned to look to his left, he got a surprise. It was a gaint cat.

"Well there's something you don't see everyday."

Jaas drained the last of his drink and set the glass down on the bar. Suddenly his stomach growled "A ljittle sssnack wouldn't hurrrt" He said to himself. He called the bartender over, who was busy with a small hiu-mun boy. The bartender finished serving the boy and walked over to Jaas

He ordered a refill on his drink and a plate of and live rodents they may have. The tender filled his glass and then went off to get the large Cizerack's other order. Jaas picked up his glass and took a long chug of it. He set it down and let out a soft belch

He felt someone watching him. He turned his head and saw the hiu-mun boy starring at him. He gave the boy a sharp glare and turned back to his drink. The Tender returned with small cage with a few small white furred rodents inside

A smiled crossed Jaas' face as an idea came to him. He reached into the cage and pulled one of the rodents out and held it by its tail near his face. He turned in his seat a little so that the hiu-mun boy could see what he was doing. He threw back his head and dropped the rodent into his open mouth

He brought his head back down and crunched on the rodent with his razor sharp teeth. A bit of blood dripped down his lip but he quickly licked it back into his mouth.

Jacen stared at the man with a mixed look of disgust and horror.

"What the...what are you doing?" The boy blurted out.

[Jaassuuvi Ageerrodarr]

"Ji'm eatjing mjy djinnerrr" Jaas said as he grabbed another rodent and chomped it down noisily so that the hiu-mun could hear it "Want sssome?" He asked as he slid the cage across the counter half a foot toward the boy "Thejirrr verjy good."

[Jacen]

"Umm...no thanks," Jacen said, finding his appetite suddenly gone. "Think I'll pass.

He watched the thing continue eating a few more moments before turning to it again and asking. "What are you?"

"jYou've neverrr ssseeen a cjizerrrack beffforrre?" Jaas asked with his mouth half full "We arrre a feljinojid ssspecjiesss" He washed the remains of the rodent down with some of his drink "Very much like the animals called cats, only we have no fur

Out society is run by the femals and the males are nothing but servants and grunt soldiers, While the femals are rulers and generals."

"Well that kinda sucks doesn't it? I mean it is kind of one sided isn't it?"

Jaas' eyes narrowed "Worrrdsss ljike that would get jyou in bjig trrrouble jif sajid infrrront of surrrtajin people" He said before looking over his shoulder and around the room "But ji would agrrrree wjith jyou on thjisss" He said after leaning forward with His voice lowered "The malesss of mjy specjiesss are worrrkerrrsss and perrrsssonal ssslavesss"

He sat back up and took another sip of his drink "Mjy ssspecjiesss jisss alssso devojid of the forrrce. Ljike Huttsss and a few otherrr ssspecjiesss."

[Jacen]

"Devoid of the Force?" Jacen exclaimed. Now that he could touch the wonderful energy, he found it hard to imagine a world without it.

[Jaassuuvi Ageerrodarr]

"Ji do not know what that meansss completeljy. But we cannot ussse the forrrce and ji thjink that jedji mjind trrrjicksss do not effect usss ejither... but ji could be wrrrong."

[Jacen]

"Don't know what what means?" He asked. The creatures accent was making it hard for him to understand, but he thought he meant the Force. "The Force? The Force is what Jedi use to gather our strength from. It is what holds the galaxy together."

Jaas' ears folded backwards against his head "jI don't know exactljy. ji'm not the sssmarrrtessst perrrssson arrround. jI'm onljy sssajyjing what ji hearrrd."

"Ohhh...well I've never heard those ideas," Jacen replied. "You must get around huh?"

"jYesss, Ji've been all overrr the galaxjy. ssseen almossst everrrjy thjing that therrre jisss to sssee" Jaas said before munching down on another of the small rodents.

"Wow...I've never been off Coruscant."

[Jaassuuvi Ageerrodarr]

"Therrresss not much out therrre kjid. Wanderrrjing the galaxjy jisss not all jitsss crrracked up to be" Jaas said before taking another sip of his drink "jYou'd be betterrr off ssstajyjing herrre."

[Jacen]

"But what about all the different peoples?" Jacen asked curiously.

"Out therrre jyou can't trrrussst anjyone. The'd sssteal jyourrr ssshjip jussst asss sssoon asss jyou walk down the boarrrdjing rrramp" Jaas finished his drink and signaled the waiter for a refill.

"They can't all be that bad...can they?"

"jYou don't sssee manjy good people becaussse they have all been kjilled off bjy the not ssso njice people" Jaas said plainly "Therrreforrre onljy bad people remajine" like me He added to himself.

[Jacen]

"Wow...I never would have guessed," the Padawan said as he took a thoughtful sip from his drink.

"jYourrr arrre too jyoung to be drrrjiftjing among the ssstarrrsss. jYou ssshould wajit tjill jyou have a few morrre jyearrrsss underrr jyourrr belt" Jaas said but thought Like twenty to himself.
