Kathrine comes from an esteemed lifestyle, rather than the dark and hateful upbringing that is commonly associated with Sith or Dark Jedi. Her parents are renowned surgeons. With her parents having so much and she an only child, she was taught by the best teachers that money could buy. She recieved everything she wanted From the time she could read she was studying languages, mathmatics, and protocols for just about any culture one could imagine. Her parents dreamed that Kathrine would either follow their footsteps and become a doctor or become a senator of the republic, so they kept her options open, teaching her the basics of each field until she was ten years old. At that time she was given a choice of becoming a doctor or training to be a Senator. Not wanting to spend her tme in hospitals, she chose the road of a political figure. Now Kathrine began having more advanced classes in different cultures and also with some free time on her hands now, she opted to pick up gymnastics as a hobby.
For the next four years, this is where she really exceled. She did better than most children her age studying the school work, but her real passion lay within acrobatics. By the time she was sixteen she was one of the best of the planet Bakura. It was also during this time that she had her first experience with the Force. During a competition, she was preforming in null gravitiy when something went wrong. She was in the middle of her routine when gravity came back and she fell. If she had landed, it would have been on her head and surely have killed her, it was lucky for her that a Jedi had been there and caught her in mid-air. That was her first interaction with the Force. As fate would have it, the Jedi was there looking at her. He had been told of a young girl who showed signs of what might be Force potential. After her competition, the Jedi talked to her, but Kathrine wouldn't have anything to do with the Jedi. She just couldn't see giving up everything she had for nothing.
After the Jedi left, she was still curious about this Force thing, so she asked around and heard of The Sith Order. She was already familiar with the Sith and from what people told her they seemed to be the way for her to go. She told her parents she would be going out one evening with her freinds to a local tavern where she usually worked as a bartender slash peacekeeper. Since she ws considered very beautiful most of the drunks would listen to her. Unfortunately this night, fate it seemed, was against her. A fight broke out and before she could do anythig someone with a lightsaber stepped in. At first she believed it to be the Jedi that hade talked to her, but after watching it became apparent this was no Jedi. She sustained a concussion and other injuries from being to close to the fight. She spent some time in a medical ward. As soon as she was free, she ran off to join the Sith. Now she resides on Corellia with the other Sith were she is being trained under the tutelage of the Sith Knight, Southstar. Since her arrival to TSO however, her relations with her peers and ones over her have not been very smooth, as one can tell from her relationship with Je'gan Olra'en and his younger sibling.
