I'm sure everyone pretty much suspects that Devon Russels is Jamel reincarnated - just the writing style and avatar are pretty much a dead giveaway. Anyways, I ran an IP check through Geobytes, and it put him in Elk Grove, a suburb of Sacramento. I remember that Jamel lived in Sacramento, but I have no other way to get his IP from his first little stint here.

Is there any chance that someone saved his IP from before so it can be cross checked? I just want to be 100% certain, even with the already damning evidence, that it is indeed Jamel.

Okay, I went through the list of banned IP ranges and I do have a two octet match. When I add a valid final octet to the 3 octet range in the banned list and resolve it, it is the same ISP. That is conclusive enough for me.

The bannhammer is about to drop.

Same here... I've been suspicious since his first posts, but didn't have the proof to confirm anything.
