Well everyone, I have some bad news.
On Saturday I went to the ER because I started bleeding pretty badly, and I miscarried the baby.
I don't think I'll be on for a while, though I might pop in and out. I'm going to take some time and relax away from it all. Have a Happy Thanksgiving, and be safe.
Love always,
Jen

:hug I'm so sorry to hear that Jen. :( Take some time and rest and recuperate... miscarriages are hard emotionally and physically.

Thank you everyone :).
Like everything, time heals all wounds. It's amazing the amount of loss you feel even though you've never even held the child, nevermind seen it. I feel the loss of what could have been my child and it hurts. I've moved into the anger part of the healing process... now I'm angry because I wanted this child so much, I could have (and still will, eventually) been a good mom. This happens to me, when crack heads and people who dump their children in dumpsters can seemingly pop kids out without a problem. How is that fair?
I guess life isn't necessarily fair, but the good news is that I have a 90% chance of having a normal second pregnancy. The only thing I need to conquer now is the fact that I can't sleep at night (and the whole spontaneous crying deal). The crying I can cope with, but this insomnia is killing me.
And I learned something very, very valuable. There is no such thing as a low-risk pregnancy. I did everything right.. I stopped smoking (which I only smoke around 3-4 a day now, I'm slowly quitting), I don't drink, I began to take vitamins and eat regularly (actually all the time, but.. eh.. I was hungry).. I'm not that stressed, and I rested when I needed to.. I'm 25 and healthy, and I still miscarried.
Again, thanks guys.. I know the english language sometimes has its shortfalls, so thank you for the hugs..
