Rasha would be willing to sponsor the construction or sale of this ship, pay half the price, and if he is wanting a ship constructed from scratch, Rasha will mark the job as top priorty, under the conditions that He leaves all his contact information with her offices, and understands that She is doing this as a favor, and will expect that some time in the future she will call on him to return the favor. :evil :D
