I loved the stable versions of Tribes 2 when there was a good pickup game. Coordinated vechicle attacks and high speed mayhem.
Then they patched the game, and it became an utter piece of garbage by gimping some things. Medium class was pointless.
Now Vengeance is out in beta clothes.

Step three experince fast paced flag swapping jetpacking disk throwin' mayhem of the finest sort.
Unlike Tribes 2 and more like tribes one, the focus is now primarily again on speed and infantry combat. The vehicles that are included are somewhat useful (the fighter is great for flag defense) etc, but the real fun is in infantry combat/speed. The maps are much smaller than Tribes 2 and Tribes 1, which helps keep gameflow moving nicely.
