Yeah I just got a program to help me make sigs and I was wondering what y'all thought. These are the only two I did so far.

The second one is better. It's fairly balanced, the character doesn't stand out so horribly from the background...though that picture on the right looks like it was stretched horizontally, somehow. :\

eeehhh.. not too bad for a first attempt. I think you need to find some tutorials on cutting out pictures and resizing.

The text and backgrounds look very generic.. but I guess when you're just testing the waters you don't get too fancy with it.

tip: for backgrounds, try to find something that relates somehow to the character instead of just going for a bland texture.
