Stomach flu sucks :( So any inclination to post, or do much of anything but lay around and moan in pain, wasn't there heh...

I am still not a hundred percent, feels like my insides are in knots so I'll be back when I be back. With a new 9-5 schedule, still trying to find my groove, and getting hit with this really messed me up.

I wanted to post this here since not everyone has access to avalon ^_^

If you can keep it down, take some tylenol...it'll help the stomach pain. I found that out one time from an emergency room nurse, sounded kinda hookey to me, but low and behold it worked.

I finally live- after the stomach flu .. it turned into a nasty head cold, which is gone. hoorah!

So.. tomorrow I get cracking on what I've missed here. Thanks for the well wishes and :love and being every so patient with me ^_^

Had the weekend off and its been a month since I left I figured I would stop by and even make a few cameo apperances in a few threads. Still don't if or when I'll be coming back for good but you will have survive with my spuradic appreances until then.

I saw this thread and had say a few words to my bud who is or was sick. It seems your doing better though thats good. :)
