Could someone tell me how

I need to convert some files into .tar files. I'm not sure how to do this and I was wondering if someone might be able to tell me how.

Well, .tar is a compression format, and it can be handled by programs like WinZip, WinRAR, etc. So, I guess the question is, do you have files that you need to place into .tar archives, or do you have archives in another format (.zip, .rar, etc) that need to be converted to .tar?

I have WinZip, I'm not sure how to go about doing that.
