Wow. I don't know what to say. As with most everyone else, I remember him as The GodFather. He was a terrific actor. What a loss. :(

wow... I just read a newstory last night saying that he was in pretty serious financial trouble. How strange.

One of the finest actors in film history (and stage for that matter).

I heard he was bad fiancial shape too, and knew he had been sick for several years. He was great actor, probably will be most remembered for the Godfather.

Another famous quote from him,
"You don't understand. I coulda had class. I coulda been a contender. I coulda been somebody, instead of a bum, which is what I am, let's face it. It was you, Charley."

He was great in his day, but he was also a bit of an oddball.

Apparently the rumors of him living in squalor are not true at all...

I literally froze when I heard this on the radio this morning.

Yesterday during lunch a co-worker and I were talking about who the next celebrity to die would be (yes, we're sick human beings) and I mentioned Brando. Woke up this morning and heard he had died.

He was truly one of a kind, and one of the greatest actors who ever appeared on film. That's no exaggeration.

His last years had so much sadness in them...I hope he's found peace at last now.
