Not understanding the question. If you mean a place where you can legally download MP3s, then try MP3.com or just try google.

I think on the vague chance it's actually legal MP3's, then it's worth discussing and a valid question. However, the admittedly snide 'google it' is my way of saying I have my doubts it's for legal purposes. Unless it's his own music, which in that case, he should go buy some webspace.
