Not really sure here, but since we're debating it: If EST is GMT -5, and he's GMT+10, shouldn't that mean that he's 15 hours ahead of EST?

It's 8PM here soon, so it will be 3PM EST and 6AM ACT (Aussie Chris Time). 15 hours from 3PM is 6AM, so yeah :)
