no IP address?

I was just checking on one of the new arrivals and although they'd posted, there aren't any IPs listed for them. Sorry if this is a stupid question, but how is that possible?

I haven't done any IP investgation myself, but if you say there is an identical match and if its not an EDU or AOL domain IP then it is pretty certain that it is the same person.

I don't see the issue covered in the FAQ, but I may be missing it. It would be best to have FAQ backing if at all possible.

Well, it's not covered. He's not breaking rules. I just see it as being kind of insulting to the community. But that's why I wanted another opinion. :) I'll leave him be. I'm sure he'll get fed up at us for not letting him follow through with more of his crazy ideas and he'll wind up leaving again.
