Okay, it's not the best one, but this is either too geeky or weird to not link to. Your,s for a cool 3.3 million

That is awesome. A bit pricey on the auction block, but I'd live there :)

I didn't see the news article, but I saw the pics a few weeks back. Pretty nice, but I'd much rather have a SS2-themed apartment. :D

No way in hell you could pay me enough money to live in it.

That's so sad.

But very very cool. I wish I knew that guy.

Why aren't any of my friends that rich and that obsessed/crazy?

Now that's pretty cool. Forget that it's Star Trek. The fact that the guy could even build something like that, and make it look as good as it does is impressive. The dude did it with his own two hands! That's frikkin awesome.

That's different from things that I'm used to. Not that big of a Star Trek fan so I wouldn't buy it.

I'm not a trek fan either. but if I had the money.. that's far too cool not to buy.

Isn't that an apartment... meaning he's renting it..? Unless he owns it or something.. can he really SELL it?

My dad liked it alot and said he'd help me build one if I got the money :lol

THat's about 10 minutes from me. I saw it a few years back on TV. Nice really. But he was thinking of selling it back then, so I wouldn't expect it to go just yet :)

Make a house into an Imperial Super Star Destroyer Deck gangway and crew Pit, with the bed at the front, so you walk over your kitchen, bed room, family room etc. Bath Room can be at the end of the walkway. Hmmm, that sounds cool... I Gotta life goal! WOO

Still pretty cool, though. My sentiments are exactly the same.

Threads merged. :)

I hadn't seen it the first time around though. I find it to be fascinating, yet slightly disturbing.

Also, "What, no warp core nightlight?"

One question...I saw this on TV a while back, and they did a tour of the whole place. There were a load of things that were cool and weird at the same time, but there was one thing I just didn't get. The dude sleeps in a brig. Seriously. His bed is behind a brig-style forcefield thingy.

That guy is seriously desturbed...kinda reminds me of me.

And yeah...it is a bit pricy. In answer to someone's thing in the earlier thread, when it says "appartment" (which in the uk we just call a flat), it just means that its part of a larger building...like an appartment block. He actually owns it...just it only has the one floor.

And it might will sell, but only if there's a rich enough Trekmaniac out there. Not as cool as my house is gonna be though...I plan on having a Stargate-style gateroom in my basement. :D
