Soul food and guns. What a day.

Today rocked. I went to a soul food restaraunt and had the most awesome barbeque ribs I have ever tasted, the end. The meat literally fell right off the bone. Then after lunch, some friends and I went to a shooting range.

I got to play with revolvers, handguns of various calibers, a 12 gauge shotgun, and even an AR 15. Oh, and we also got to mess around with a 44 magnum. I had a great time, although I missed the target so many times it wasn't funny.

Now I know why Charley does his shooting days. They're a lot of fun. And since this has been finals week, it was grand for stress relief. Everyone ought to go shooting for fun at least once.

I went turtle exterminating today with my friend, walking around two ponds and blasting away with our .40's and a .22 bolt action.

Guns are a great stress reliever :)
