Southstar
Apr 19th, 2004, 07:16:18 PM
Southstar walked along the streets of the capital city or Corellia, Coronet. Slung over his shoulder was a black duffel bag which supplied a "change of clothing." He pushed his way through a crowd to an intersection and stopped and waited for the go ahead to cross. While he was waiting he read the headline of the most popular newspaper. It read: Sith Provide Millions for Orphan Program. A picture of Rasha Vill and Lady Vader shaking hands was just beneath the headline. Southstar chuckled to himself, it really would be generous had the Sith Order done that. Had billions been given to the Corellian government it definitely wouldn't be for some unlucky brat; maybe for weapons building though.

A green light began flashing and the crowd crossed the street. He walked swiftly ahead of the people towards a tall hotel at the end of the block. Carefully he went over the plan in his mind, going over the details meticulously. He nearly stumbled into a young boy after tripping over a crack in the sidewalk. In his honest opinion the roads and sidewalks desperately needed repair. Unfortunatly the Sith needed the money for weapons and military projects.

As he turned to enter the hotel he looked at the boy he had bumped into. He was dressed very nicely in a uniform. The uniform indicated that he was a part of the Young Sith, an organization sponsered by the Sith Order to try and build up the pride of the people in the Sith Order. Nearly all in the Young Sith not sensitive to the Force, if they had been they would have been taken by the Order within their first year of birth. But it made the regular kids feel special, like they were contributing to the safety and well being of their fellow citizens. So far it had been pretty effective, those with a uniform were honored and respected.

Southstar entered the building after a moment of staring and walked to the front desk. A shiney droid approached him from behind the counter. "How may I help you sir?" It said as it glared at him through its artificial eyes. Southstar knew he was being recorded, as all droids within the Sith held planets were required to do so. If they had identified any foriegn, suspicious or potentially threatening people, they would report it to the police division. Had it been someone especially important, such as a Jedi, the report would go directly to the Sith Order. Fortunately, the droid would register him as one of the planets best citizens, a Sith Knight.

"Southstar. I have a reservation." He said and waited as the droid ran through a list of those with reservations in its imitation brain. It acknowledged his claim and reached for a key.

"Your room is located on the third floor, end of the east hallway. Thank you sir for your patronage and have a good day!" It said and Southstar took the key. He left the desk for the lift and rode it to his hallway.

He slid the key through the reader and entered the room. There was a comfortable looking bed and some flowers on a table, unfortunately, he was not there for rest. He tossed the bag on the bed after withdrawing a smaller bag and walked to the bathroom mirror. He studied his face and began making alterations to it. With what would be going down within the next hour, he couldn't afford to be recognized. His hair had been temporarily dyed blond and the markings beneath his mouth had been covered over. With what he had in the small bag he applied make up to make himself look older than he was.

After a time in front of the mirror he was finally satisfied; he looked nothing like he did before. He approached the large bag and removed its contents. He set down the change of clothes on the bed, there was a series of cream colored robes and a brown cloak. He dressed himself and again looked at the mirror. He did indeed look like a Jedi and was therefore repulsed. But the dirty deed had to be done.

He exited the room with one major item left in his bag and walked quickly as possible to the lift. The doors opened and someone rushed out upon seeing him. As the doors closed Southstar watched as the man began calling someone, likely the police. The Sith Order had enough propoganda out there to convince their subjects that the Jedi would murder an infant in its sleep. Southstar didn't think much of it before, but getting out of the hotel before the police came was going to be difficult. The lift reached the bottom floor and sure enough the police were there.

"Hold it right there, Jedi scum." The lead officer screamed. Southstar studied the scene for a moment. Through the Force he could feel that the police desperately wanted to shoot him. Were they brainwashed that bad? Southstar called a lightsaber to his hand. It wasn't his usual one, but rather a generic one. Before he even ignighted it, the police were opening fire. Luckily the green blade extended from the hilt and managed to deflect a few shots to the ceiling. He then jumped over the squad of men and sprinted out the door.

As he barged into a crowd screams and cries rose into the air, people were under the impression that a Jedi had somehow made his way into Coronet. Everyone believed Sith propoganda, or at least said they did. If anyone spoke out against the Order, they were never heard of again. Southstar watched as most people scattered, but a few stayed back to fight against the 'evil aggression' of the Jedi. He deflected a few blaster shots into the air and cut down a citizen. Those who died Southstar's attack would likely be remembered as a hero dying for the glory and sovereignty of the Sith controlled planets. He wouldn't be surprised even if he was asked to speak at the memorial.

Two more brave citizens were cut into pieces as the police began to fire from the building. More were coming fast down both sides of the street. If Southstar didn't move quickly he was going to be in a tough situation. He began running down the center of the clearest road available; wrecking havoc as he ran. Seven dead, a few more injured... he thought to himself as he approached a fleeing mother and her small uniformed child. Not bad. Eight, nine.

He came up fast on the intersection with the police uncomfortably close on his trail. He glanced up at the highly decorated square. Traditionally this place was used for parades and major speeches by both government officals and Sith. He hadn't spoke there yet, but he had been up in the large balcony during the previous years parade. It really was quite beautiful, the whole building was. It was a pity things had to be the way they were.

Southstar flipped a few switches hidden on the side of the bag and pressed his thumb on a small pad. In about 20 seconds the foundation of the beautiful building was going to be in ruins. He pushed a path through the panicing crowd witht he Force and threw the bag; it slammed into the elegant doors and fell to the ground. Ten seconds remaining. Southstar had choosen not to use anything as clean as a large thermal detonator. He wanted fire and forceful explosions. He wanted people to see the destruction this 'Jedi' had caused the people of Coronet; no one would forget.

He used the Force to amplify his speed and strength as he ran and leapt over speeders. The explosion would be big, but not so big to cause major damage to Sith property. Just enough to terrorrize the fleeing crowds. As he neared the next intersection, which was barracaded by armored police vehicles, the bomb detonated. He was thrown to the ground in mid-leap and he tumbled on the ferrocrete until he slammed into a fallen armored vehicle. Quickly he got to his feet and ignored the pain coming from his ribs, left leg and his skull. Flames engullfed the plaza as a few more speeders exploded. Rubble began to fall from the overhangs on the sides of the buildings.

"Hold it right there, Jedi." A battered police man said and weakly ppointed his blaster at him. He called Southstar a Jedi with such disgust, it was like the title had become an insult. Suddenly the police man collapsed due to induced heart failure.

It didn't make sense for him to stick around, soon people would realize he was there, like the police officer did. A large crash surprised him as he looked around. The large balcony he had once been on had crumbled to the ground. He watched the as the flames finally died down due to the Coronet fire department. "Come on, come on." he said quietly. Rivin was supposed to be there any second now to engage in a flashy combat scene and prove to the people the Sith were fighting for the people of Coronet.

Dark Lord Rivin

Rivin had been following not far behind Southstar smiling at the distruction that Southstar was causing. He watches for a while not really wanting to stop it but knows that if the plan is supose to work he will have to step in. From off the roof of another near by building Rivin jumps down behind Southstar, activating both of his Lightsaber, lighting the area with a red glow.

"Halt Jedi! Stand down or I will have to take you by force!"

Southstar

It took some restraint to keep a smile from showing, the dialogue was a tad corney, but who was really listen anyway? "By force then." He responded and met his lightsaber with one of Rivin's. The three lightsaber's danced with Rivin's slowly pushing Southstar back. The noise and flashes of light had taken hold of the surviving people's attention and they soon drew near. Most people had seen a lightsaber duel on the holonet before, but very few had seen one in person, regardless of the fact it was staged.

Southstar had sparred with Rivin before and down to it, his two lightsabers against Southstar's one was a little difficult to keep up with. Southstar's plan ahead of time was to employ the same tactics as before, avoid as much contact as possible. He was being backed farther and farther to a turned over armored car, if he didn't do something he was going to be trapped and the fight would be over, not something exactly needed at the moment. He used the Force to power his body and he somersaulted onto the car. Now he had some advantage and he slashed down at Rivin.

The Fight Went on for a little while and Rivin was trying to get Southtstar backed to an armored car. When Southstar jumps on to the armored car, Rivin spins off to his left side and avoiding the Slash, but intentionaly letting a small chunk of his robe be cut off by Southstar's attack.

Rivin then uses the force to roll the armored car backwards, controling the urge to he has to just throw the armored car in to the spectators, but that would defeat the point of this if he did that, even thought that mother with the baby would make a nice squishing sound. But he doesn't do that, he only rolls the car so that Southstar is landing near the woman with the baby.

he says to Southstar's mind...

try and kill the baby, I'll force pull you back into the fight just before you hit the child.

Really Rivin was intending to use the force to lob Southstar into the Air, and drop him with a Thud on the other side of him after a nice 15 foot drop.

Southstar felt the car roll backwards and jumped back, nearly bumping into an injured woman and her baby. As Rivin had suggested, he swung his lightsaber and just before the glowing blade severed the baby in half he was yanked into the air and let go. Southstar was in mid air his head pointed towards the ground as he observed the current situation. If he didn't need to concentrate so much, he would have swore at Rivin, he didn't mention of this.

With the Force he slowed his decent and arranged his body's position so the fall wouldn't be so devestating. Not trying to undermine Rivin's power in front of the people, he did not land on his feet, as he could have, but fell onhis back and slid across the ferrocrete. He did his best to get up, but as he pushed on his hands, he felt that something may have been broken. He glanced at it and noticed a large bruise caused from his impact witht he ground. This time he did swear and leaped back into battle withhis lightsaber in his other hand.

He charged forward, swung his lightsaber for show and hacked downward at Rivin. You didn't tell me about that! He said telepathically to his fellow Sith as their lightsabers crackled for a moment. Southstar stepped backwards and swung low to try and get Rivin to jump. He was anticipating Rivin to jump, and if he did then he would meet a Force push of Southstar's own, intended to knock him off his feet.

Rivin smiles as Southstar telepathically yells at him. Rivin says back to southstar telepathically....

I can't take away all the suprises. We still have to keep this looking real.

As Southstars attack comes low Rivin does jump, and finds himself flying backwards. Rivin hits the ground with at roll and comes smothely back to his feet, getting into a defencive stance. He then waits to see what Southstar is going to do next.

Southstar

As Rivin flew back Southstar chased right behind him all the while making it obvious he was going to make a diagonal slash, from ground up. With such a lunging attack, he was left open to many different retaliations: Rivin could simply kick him or drive him to the ground, or Rivin could cut him in two. Southstar was trusting Rivin wouldn't hurt him to bad, but if he did he would have to hope he killed Southstar because Southstar would have his head.

Southstar saw Rivin was back on his feet, miliseconds away from being attacked. As Southstar launched into the intended lunging slash, he made sure his shoulder was especially open. It gave Rivin a clear and easy target, while giving Southstar a moments notice to roll with hit.

Dark Lord Rivin

Rivin quickly steps off to the left side of southstar, and preforms a fast sharp kick to southstar's shoulder, knocking him back and to the ground. Rivin can see that Southstar is intending to roll with the kick, so as Southstar goes back into the roll Rivin brings the saber in his left hand down towards the spot where Southstar will land. if he rolls quicly out of the way his saber will only hit the ground. With his other saber Rivin slashes with a downward strike at where Southstar would be if he rolls, intending to give him a glancing blow on his clothing somewhere.

May 19th, 2004, 12:17:22 PM
As anticipated, Rivin kicked and Southstar went with it and fell to the ground only to see the red blade of Rivin's lightsaber coming down on him. He rolled and again saw another lightsaber blade appraoching fast. He continued to roll and narrowly avoided the second blade, he wasn't sure but he thought it might have actually cut his clothing.

The scene must have been very exciting for anyone to watch. There was Rivin, the 'hero', slowly advancing on Southstar, the 'villian', almost killing him with each swipe of his blade. Southstar sprung to his feet, but continued to retreat from Rivin. He wanted to give the impression that Rivin had him on the run now. Southstar used the Force to aide him as he jumped backwards onto an overturned vehicle. From there he turned around and leapt to the large over hang of a window no more than three stories up. For the bedazzled crowd, things were getting just a little more exciting.

Rivin Smiles and uses the force to basicly Throw himself up to the Ledge on the building at the same hight as Southstar, by jumpung into the air and solidifying some of the air underneth him, and uses the force to lift the solid chunk of air to the ledge, though to most people it would look like Rivin was flying.

Southstar
May 25th, 2004, 11:03:37 AM
Shouts and cheers erupted from the crowd below as Rivin 'flew' and followed Southstar to the ledge. Southstar put on his best 'scared to death' face and shakily held his lightsaber towards the approaching Sith.

It's taking you long enough. Southstar thought to himself, but he supposed it was necessary for dramatic effect. As time seemily passed slowly by, Rivin's intimidating approach was interrupted as a large solid object was launched from the ground. It was intended to hit Southstar, however it crashed through the window of a nicely furnished apartment. He looked down to see the people had begun to get in on the action.

I hope you're not inciting them. he sent telepathically to Rivin.

Two more objects came flying towards him and he used the Force to guide his body as he jumped farther away from Rivin to another ledge. Out of the corner of his eye, he peered into the window to see a a paniced woman who had obviously seen him.

"Catch." He said and smiled as he threw her with the Force through the window and plummeting towards the street below.

Rivin stops in his tracks as projectiles start to fly at them. Rivin shakes his head as if he wad disipointed in the people throwing things at them, but really he was answering Southstar's telepathic question.

Rivin holds back a smile as the woman flys out of the window, he is tempted to just let the lady die, but then he remembers that he is supose to be the good guy here, so he reaches out with the force and catches the lady as she is almost about to hit the ground, stoping her in mid air and making it obviose that he was the one that stoped her from dying.

Rivin then places the lady on the ground and focuses on southstar again. He does a force jump into the air doing 2 flips in mid air, and lands in front of Southstar, just with in saber range, slashing at Southstar's feet with one saber and lunging at Southstar's chest with the other.

The whole scene was becoming very comical to him. Rivin, the Sith Knight, saving lives and protecting the people. Before he could finish his thought Rivin had leapt at him and Southstar had nowhere to run; he was out of ledges to jump to. So he took a small jump backwards and fell, but his hands caught the tip of the ledge as Rivin swung to kill.

He wasn't entirely pleased with the situation, if he slipped up now, he could really die. "Well, isn't this dramatic." he mumbled.

Dark Lord Rivin
Jun 9th, 2004, 11:55:52 AM
Rivin step forward to the edge where Southstar was hanging, and brings one of his sabers down two the side of Southstar's head, stoping it next to his ear.

"Surender Jedi. Or I will be forced to kill you." Rivin says loud enough for the people below can here.

Rivin also notices that the people are throwing stones at Southstar's hanging form, and gathering near where he would drop, with pipes and sticks, ready to beat Southstar if he fell.

Southstar
Jun 10th, 2004, 04:18:31 PM
Southstar swore, things were getting a little dangerous for a game. He gritted his teeth as a stone hit him in the back. He wasn't sure what do now. He could give up to Rivin, but then the crowd might expect Rivin to kill him there on the spot and he couldn't have that. But he couldn't have the crowd killing him either.

If you kill me I swear... I'll haunt you from the grave. He joked silently.

"I surrender." He called and the crowd began to yell and scream, screaming for his death.

Dark Lord Rivin
Jun 11th, 2004, 11:10:50 AM
Rivin uses the force to lift Southstar back up as he puts his lightsabers away. He then cuffs Southstar, and flotes the two of them down to the ground. He says to the people gathering around.

"Please clear the way so I May take this Jedi back to TSO, where he will receve a long and painful death, lasting over 4 months."

The crowds clear a path to TSO for him, and a number of the escort them back to the sith walls, kicking and hitting Southstar as often as they can along the way. onece they are behind the Sith walls, and out of sight of the people outside, Rivin uncuffs Southstar.

"How come every time we fight each other you end up hanging off something and I have to stop you from falling? Last time it was the tree out side my bedroom, this time it's the appartment ledge."

Rivin laughs.

"I never realised how much brainwashing the people of correlia have had, until today."

Southstar
Jun 13th, 2004, 06:08:29 PM
He gritted his teeth and did his best to look very angry, which was easy since someone in the crowd had taken a good shot at his gut. Southstar had made a special note to himself to remember that face and take care of it later. The man who hit him wasn't going to live past the next year.

[/I]How come every time we fight each other you end up hanging off something and I have to stop you from falling? Last time it was the tree out side my bedroom, this time it's the appartment ledge."[/I] Rivin said.

"Yeah, I was thinking of that when I was hanging there." He said and laughed while rubbing his wrists. Did he have to put those things on so tight?

Rivin spoke again about the brainwashing of Corellia.

"Tell me about it." He smiled and hoped it stayed that way. "The less information the Jedi put into Sith controled planets the better, for us I mean."

Dark Lord Rivin
Jun 15th, 2004, 09:46:04 AM
Rivin smiles...

"Too true, but now all we can do is sit back and watch what happens from here."

Rivin goes to start to walk deaper into the Sith Place.

"I'm going to go and get myself cleened up."

Rivin looks back at southstar and notices all the rotten fruit that is stuck to him, from the people throwing it at him.

"You may wish to do the same."

Southstar
Jun 20th, 2004, 04:10:01 PM
He pulled a foriegn fruit fromhis side and tossed it on the floor for the cleaning droids to deal with. "Yeah..." He said and began to follow Rivin to the residential hall, but seperated when he reached his room. Upon entering he threw off his 'Jedi' robes and went into the bathroom. He wiped the make up and studied his bruised body for a moment. Everything had gone according to plan, the people of Corellia hated the Jedi now. Things could only get more interesting from there. The Sith's control over the planet had been tightened futher and he had laugh.
