Killed thread forum?

For record keeping purposes, I think a killed/dead thread forum would be a good idea. Instead of deleting an offending thread, we move it to that forum.

Try to avoid deleting anything if at all possible. If something needs to be deleted please make your first option, moving it to this forum. If you do have to delete something, please document your reasons in a thread in this forum. We don't do enough deletions to warrant an entire forum devoted to it.
