Ogre said last time that the database automatically removes them if they don't confirm the email within a certain time or something.. and most of these people seem to be using fake emails sooo that would mean they would automatically be booted. I think.

I'm not sure what I said, but you must have misunderstood me. They aren't automatically removed, but I do go though and clean up unconfirmed accounts every once in a while myself.

As for who removed this user, I didn't do it.

Well, I couldn't get in there and delete his webpage, but I didn't delete the account. Unless somehow by pressing FIND and trying his user name deleted him.
