Its already as large as vB will allow. I may be able to change the DB table field properties to make it larger, but I am unsure if vB would even notice or allow it.

I recall looking into expanding the max length of user profile fields once before through the vB sofdtware and found it to be rather difficult to do. The current max length of any user profile field, custom or otherwise in our version of vB is 250 characters.

I could probably create a new table just for bios, write up a bunch of PHP to make it all work, and make the dozens of template edits needed, but really I just don't see the demand or need to go to the trouble right now.
