I just got home from this. What can I say? It's possibly the most romantic movie I've ever seen, but it's not really a romance. It's a Phillip K. Dick type of tale, and yet it has a huge heart.

It's brilliantly acted, directed, and written. I've never seen a movie get how the mind and memory works so right before.

This is a must see for anyone who has ever loved and lost. This is not a "date" movie. Not unless you're in a relationship that's had it's up and downs at least. It's a film that makes you want to fight for the love you do find, because even with all it's flaws(and every relationship longer than a month has flaws) it's the best thing on Earth.

Bleeping brilliant. The best film I've seen since Gladiator. Hell maybe the best film since...geez not sure which. I know it's better than anything I've seen in a few years.

It's still around here, but finding the $$ in my pocket is the hard part.

I saw it opening night with a couple of friends.

They actually dragged me to go watch it, and I must say, I'm glad they did.

One of the best movies I've ever seen. Period.

Agreed. The more I think about it - the more in love with it I become.

I saw it over the weekend. I really liked it. One of the best films I have seen this year. I am saying top 3 at least. And I agree with you CMJ it is kind of romantic though it isn't a Romance.

I watched it Friday night for the second time. I must say, that it got better the second time around, if only because I was able to appreciate more of the story that I had missed the first time through.

I say for original screen play, maybe editing as well. I think it will get ignored in the big categories unfortuntely.

Original Screenplay is one of the big eight. :p

I think Winslet has a decent shot of getting in as well.

I finally saw this and I am continually amazed at the way Kaufman works his stories.
