In case you haven't heard, there's been a serial shooter along I-75 out of Columbus, Ohio, over the past several months. Last month, the authorities finally identified a chief suspect, Charles McCoy. They'd already obtained a profile of the his car.
A few days ago, a man in Las Vegas saw someone who looked like the picture of McCoy he'd seen plastered in USA Today, so he approached the man and offered him a slice of pizza. Upon a closer look, he was convinced he'd found the sniper, and he contacted the authorities.
