Perhaps, but I question the authenticity of that conversion from high Adûnaic to Sindarin or the language of the uttermost west.

Cute, but highly innacurate, as generators are bound to be.

If you wanna see a cool site for name translation (i.e. taking the meaning of your english name and making an Elvish one to match) Check this out: http://www.elvish.org/elm/names.html

I'm Sáre. :)

Abagael Zellan
Mar 5th, 2004, 12:55:55 PM

The second, I'm Almie, Almare, Eruanne, or possible even Váne. Vera cool.

CRYSTAL (f.) - 'crystal'; silima "crystal substance" (the Silmarils were made of it), thus Silime; or more literally: derived from Greek 'ice'; helce "ice", thus Helce itself

So... Silime or Helce?

I like A names :(
