Netsky-B and -C Worm

It's stupid, it's fairly new it seems, and it infected my dad's computer. Fortunately, there's fixes and such. Normally, I'd leave this sort of thing up to one of the more tech savvy posters to mention or not mention, but since I had to deal with it myself, I thought I'd post a notice and a link with info and a fix.
