Okay, new question. Is there any system to how these level up? So far it just seems random. I can never get the pipe to do anything other than shoot clouds at the mountain.

You need the pipe to go airborne. It will also create the Snowman within the twister.

Hm. Ok. I got the robot...and the blue guy on the ladder...also made the pinwheel freak out with the tornado and got a nice stream, lake, and forest going...I wonder if it's possible to make everything reach the highest level? Stupid thing, now I'm not gonna get any homework done...^_^;
