Her stomach grumbled, reminding Salemn she hadn't eaten lunch yet. With a slight sigh she made her way to Yog's, her brown robes rustling against the floor. Reaching out with a pale hand, she pushed the door open and stepped inside. Immediately she was greeted by the pleasant smell of food being cooked and inwardly smiled. This was one of her favorite places in the Jedi Order - the food was delicious and the company was usually pleasant.
"Miss, your weapon?"
She turned to the guard who had noticed the lightsaber clipped on her belt. Bowing slightly, she then straightened and spoke into his mind softly.
"It's quite alright. I'm a Knight of the Order."
He nodded and took a step back, allowing her to take a seat. Her brown eyes scanned the area until she found a small table near the bar. After sitting down she folded her hands on the table, waiting patiently for a droid to appear and take her order.

Shade was sitting at the bar, when the young lady walked in. He noticed the mind trick he had pulled on the gaurd and smiled. It was good to know that he wasn't the only one who did such things. He walked over to her. As he stood in front of her he smiled and gave a slight bow.
"Nice trick. You know that isn't really legal....which makes me fell kinda good that someone else other than me did it. Shade Magus, please to meet you."
The young Knight held out his hand.

"Trick ...?"
Her eyebrows furrowed as she looked up at the young man who had approached her table. Being a mute, she spoke into his head also, hoping that she wasn't intruding on any thoughts.
"I'm not quite sure what you mean, but it's a pleasure to make your acquantice." She reached out and shook his hand before hastily ending with, "Salemn, Salemn Lysce."

Shade's eyes flashed for a moment with surprise. Was he hearing voices? Then understanding dawned on him as he realized that it was the girl speaking to him.
"Ohhh...I get it now. And about the trick. I thought you had put that thought in his head. I mean even though I am a Jedi and everything they still like to try and take my lightsaber from me so sometimes I just give them little notions about letting me keep it. That is hy I thought you used a mind trick."

**CRACK** A man was suddenly sent flying through the air, the hard rain whipping at his face as he collided head first into the wall of the allyway between the Bar and Grill and another building. A white flash splashed harshly within the darkness of the mans mind and as an aftermath of the collision he fell limply to the floor.
"You will never interfere with my concerns again, you dont even know me so leave me alone!" Said the other gentleman the man who had flung the hooded man across the allyway who now lay sprawled across the rain drenched ground.
"Get up you bastard!" The man yelled to the woman kneeling on the ground, previous to the hooded mans interviening theman was intending to flunge his manhood somwhere where she did not want it. He was trying to rape her. Once again he whipped it out and once again he started to continue with his job
Across the otherside of the ally the hooded and cloaked fallen figure started to stir and unknown to the rapist started to stand up. he rubbed his head slighty and shook it to clear the sparkerling red spots the lingered from the hit.
"Eat it you damn woman, eat it!" The rapists pelvis being shoved in the direction of the woman, but she denied it at every cost.
Suddenly a arm wrapped itself around the rapists neck and pulled him away from the destressed woman, the hooded figure returned to the rescue, this time without mercy or concideration. The rapist flew back against the ally wall in a attempt to fling the hooded man into the wall hard enough to make him let go. It failed, The rapist did everything he could, smashing the rescuer again and again and again into the wall, but he would not let go.
It was a silent fight, the rapist could not talk, his airway blocked and the rescuer not speaking. The scuffle started to slow down, the man, with lack of air, was passing out and then suddenly fell to the floor. Not dead, simply incapacitated.
The hooded figure raised himself from the ground and went over to the woman, now in tears, offered her a hand and she took it, helping her up to her feet.
"T-t-thank you." She managed to stammer, she tired to see the man face but the hoods shadow covered most of his face. "M-May i ask your name?"
' My name is Corbett, Ma'am, Sam Corbett' She smiled at the name, she always liked the name Sam. She thought he had the nicest voice she had ever heard, so mellow and yet strong.
' I shall be on my way, i suggest you duck into the Bar and grill up ahead and inform the gaurds there of your misfortune, would you like me to escort you?'
She nodded and they both walked on towards the bar and grill where they entered and she started to report her ordeal, Sam gave her a curt nod, she in return a kiss on the cheek and then he mingled into the crowds of the bar and grill, he stood out because he seemed to be the only one with a dark teal hood and cloak and he was mainly taller than the rest of the patrons, standing at 6'6 and sporting strong shoulders.
' Just a beer...' He said talking to the robotic barman. No dobt soon hed have a jedi or two questioning him, they could of course feel the ordeal that had just happned ether through feelings from Sam himself or while the situation was going on.

Salemn nodded once he explained, her attention once more turning to her surroundings. Now where is that blasted droid, she thought, her stomach grumbling again. Frowning, she was about to stand and order from the barkeep himself when she felt a disturbance in the Force. It wasn't too far from the B&G and she could sense fear and struggling. She reached up and rubbed her temples before suddenly standing, her brown eyes alert.
However, it soon disappeared and within a minute or so, a hooded man and a woman walked in.
"Excuse me for a moment, Shade," she said, not quite sure if he would investigate this matter or not, and then made her way towards the two. She noticed that the woman was talking to the guard, her features animated whereas the man took a seat at the bar. For the moment, though, Salemn's interest laid with the woman.
"What is going on?"
The woman seemed startled to find someone speaking into her head, but quickly regained her composure. She re-told the events and how the man came to her rescue, and how the rapist was lying unconscious in the alley.
"Find the man and arrest him," Salemn told the guards, "and I'm apologetic about your ordeal, Miss. Things like this usually don't happen so close to Jedi dwellings."
With that, she turned around and made her way back to the table. She sat down and looked over her shoulder, fixing her eyes on the hooded man who sat at the bar before turning back to Shade.
"Seems like that man is a vigilante who came in the nick of time," she mused.
When the droid would finally appear, she would ask him to join their table.

"Indeed. The Force was truely with that woman tonight. I do hope that she gets home ok."
Shade sent his senses out in the Force and smiled as he picked up on something.
"Excuse me for a moments."
Shade turned around and walked over to the bar and returned a moment later with a serving droid.
"I thought I sensed you were hungry, so I thought I could help you out there."

The rain still, even now, dripped from Sams hooded rain coat yet he remained quite oblivious to his surroundings. His beer finaly arrived and he paid the barman the correct credits, sat down on one of the bar stools. His lanky, thick frame hunched over his drink and looking into the bottom of the bottle. He looked quite vunrible concidering his size, yet he also looked to be angry, upset, in deep thought, something troubled him.

"You boy, will do my bidding, 'you have no choice Corbett'"
' You release me from prison, to inprision me in a emotional cell?'
"Have you any idea what i could do to your family, those who love you? those fools who care about you?"
***
Sam shook his head free of the memory, a memory he sorely disliked, but which would remain with him till it all ended, till he was finished.
he lowered his head, took a sip of his corillien ale. it was all to much.

Her brown eyes seemed to sparkle as she watched Shade return with a droid.
"My, what a gentleman you are."
Reaching into her pocket, Salemn drew out a small notebook and a pen. She ripped out a piece of paper and began to write down her order, which consisted of a house club sandwich and water. When she was done, she placed the order in the tray the droid carried and then turned to Shade. However, even though her eyes were fixed on the fellow Jedi, her thoughts weren't.
"Join us, stranger. We'd like to talk to you," she sent to Corbett.

"Not a problem."
Shade looked around. He had already placed his order wit the droid before he had brought it over so he was good to go.
