RP help required

I'm going to be setting up probalby my first genuinely new character outside of any story arc or history I've done in about three years. Now, normally, that's a who cares, but, because this character is very bizarre in concept, I need help and what I specifically need a person, or persons to run ideas by and also, to involve themselves in a RP with this character.

I'm not looking for a "Great Marcus, this really great, love your idea, fawn fawn". I'm looking for someone or someones prepared to say it sucks if it does, plus help push me in a direction that hasnt been done gazillions of times before, plus stopping me writing the same retreaded crap.
