How do I calculate shield, hull, and speed ratings?

Just want to know because I'm trying my hand at R&Ding some water based ships for combat on planets with large bodies of water such as Mon Calamari and Naboo.

You estimate according to your technology.

There isn't a mathmatical equation, they're made up units.

There has to be some base to it? You can't just through some random number into it.

When I designed the Scythe-class gunship, I compared it to similar ships and applied stats that I thought fit the ship's role reasonably. Be sure to balance out advantages with restrictions, unless you're using high technology like Khendon said.

I'm using Sovereignty technology. But some details like rating don't show up. I'm designing an aquatic based fighter as I stated before. For use in deep oceans. Try and picture the defender in the backround but modified for use under the water.

I know. Although a new aquatic TIE isn't anything big I figured it could be designed in Declassified. This new vessel will require some Sovereignty tech upgrades though

This also make me wonder about Khendon's research. Since the new battleship is in declassified, I think there is something even more powerful in the restricted area.

Well, initially Tarot Labs was funded by The Sith Empire.

Eventually it got its funding from the Guild and moved away from TSE.

After that, I recieved Imperial funding along with Guild funding.

Tarot Labs eventually merged with Sevon Rifle, Co. and Lebron's research group to form United Imperial Technologies. You see those nice Guild-class SDs and Illustrious-class SDs? Well, UIT sold you those.

Omerose is an industrual wasteland that produces massive amounts of military supplies for warlords, police forces, and militaries.

Maverick labs is entire paid for by the Federacy.

Where does the Federacy get its money? Star Dust station produces food stuffs that are sold round the galaxy. Wor Tandell produces droids, land craft, and sidearms which are all sold in various markets. Delteon produces advanced computer chips and various other electronics (most researched by Maverick labs) and sells those.

Most of our money actually comes out of items sold after research.

Not to mention we tax our citizens like hell :) but they get ample redresses.
