She walked off and Jaas looked around the room at the other patrons. the waitress returned with his drink and set it on his table, He handed her the money for it and picked it up and took a sip

HIs eyes fell on Laar, who was sitting by himself. He got up with his drink and walked over to the Cizerack "hello, would jyou mjind jif ji jojined jyou thjis fjine evenjing?"

The stripey bulk lifted his head up from his plate, currently occupied by a small exhausted rodent, trying to drag itself away from the finger that was holding its tail down. Laar furrowed his brow, seemingly confused by the question he'd been posed.
