Unfortunantly I can not compell myself to be truly welcoming as there has been a rash of people who arent newbies doing ""Hi I'm new" posts with new characters and I now view each "Hi I'm new" with suspicion. If you are new, I apologise for doubting, but I hope you understand my caution.
