Well you guys finally convinced me to download these but i have one question whats the difference between the teo?

Firebird: just the browser.

But if you were questioning the difference between Firebird and IE then I'm sure you can find several threads here detailing the difference.

Try this one instead. It gives you a full installer, which means it'll give you registry entries. Makes it easier to install plugins.
