...Icy roads!

Holy crap, the roads around my house are literally encased in ice! I slid through an intersection after tapping the brakes from going about five miles per hour. Thankfully, nobody was hit, but after being in one wreck, I have absolutely no desire to be in another.

Fortunately I have permission from my job to be late today, but still, that was really scary. The roads around here are usually nice, so I don't even have tire chains. Man, this sucks...

what sux bad about texas, is that one day it can be 90 degrees one day, and snowing the next. i've seen it.

I wish we could have gotten snow for Christmas at least, but here in Colorado, at least in Longmont, where I live, it hasn't snowed since the beginning of December!

Well it suxors for me because yesterday, I was sitting on the beach drinking a mai tai in 80+ degree weather and now I'm freezing my tan posterior (sorry!) off in friggin hippie portland again. :(
