We he had some snivelling, pathetic excuse for snow while I was in work; I didn't see it though - I guess I must've blinked. Damn you Geordies and your coldness and altitude. :mad

Vega, I'll send you a box. Fill it up, sent it to the US for her. I'm sure the postal service would LOVE that :)

You and your "snow". It cant be cold enough for this frozen rain. Hell, lucky to HAVE rain in the first place.

Falcon Gyndar
Dec 23rd, 2003, 12:15:43 PM
Frozen rain?

Now, come to think of it, when I was about mm.. 8 I think...I was catching a bus with my dear mother when it started snowing AND hailing AND there was an abundance of wind too. The hail chunks were pretty decent size, too.
Next thing you know it's the Blizzard of '96. I could jump out of my second floor bedroom window, and a few feet down is the snow. Sadly, I didn't. Yeah, stick the elder sibling with being the queen of the household while parents go and snowshovel. I'd never seen so much snow in my life, and I had to stay inside, watch the others. Pooh.

Wow, I have never seen that much snow at one time either. Man that would suck not to be able to play in it. It would be great for making underground fort and tunnels. :)

Jame Kaman Dar
Dec 23rd, 2003, 01:32:15 PM
It would!!

And the last time I did THAT I was 6 and living in Ontario. Snow forts rock. Snow warz:P

Rognan Dar
Dec 23rd, 2003, 01:36:34 PM
I have never had a snow war...there is never enough snow and not enough people that want to do it. I heard that my uncle and aunt once made these rockin forts and drew them out and showed us...ever since then I wanted to do the same but have never had the right stuff to do it....AAAAAH!

Well, for me, I'm going to have a shnirt Christmas this year.

Shnirt = dirty snow (for those that don't know. My parents taught me that term)

Rognan Dar
Dec 23rd, 2003, 02:55:33 PM
Thats a very...uh....different kind of word...shnirt....interesting.

Jame Kaman Dar
Dec 23rd, 2003, 02:56:45 PM
Yeah...How many words do the inuit have for snow, anyways?

imported_Natia Telcontar
Dec 23rd, 2003, 02:59:21 PM
I dunno. You tell me.

And apparently Shnirt is an actual word though I don't know if I have the proper spelling

Jame Kaman Dar

Jame Kaman Dar
Dec 23rd, 2003, 03:07:55 PM
If you time warp back to '96...you just might get that snow you want hahaha

imported_Natia Telcontar
Dec 23rd, 2003, 03:08:38 PM
Sorry, my time machine doesn't work or else I would do that. '96 was a blast.

Rognan Dar
Dec 23rd, 2003, 03:10:19 PM
You have a time machine. No fair... Santa never gave me something like that....wait....he never ever gave me anything...*plans out revenge on the FAT MAN!*

Jame Kaman Dar
Dec 23rd, 2003, 03:11:41 PM
Ha ha. Roggie still beleives in santa...AHem, do you have a feather, Natia?

imported_Natia Telcontar
Dec 23rd, 2003, 03:13:53 PM
Of Course.

*pulls out two foot long feather*

Sorry Rog, but Santa didn't give me the time machine. The Easter Bunny did.

I think it would be cool to get snow at home when I get back from my parents place

Rognan Dar
Dec 23rd, 2003, 03:17:04 PM
Maybe thats why I never got anything from him...I thought that he was just a fat man who got payed to have children pour their greedy little hearts out...whats the feather for?

I WANT SNOOOOOWW. All we get now is trash that tge wind blows into are fence.

imported_Natia Telcontar
Dec 23rd, 2003, 03:18:48 PM
I get trash like that at home Rog. And I'm not saying what the feather's for. You'll just have to wait and see.

Jame Kaman Dar
Dec 23rd, 2003, 03:19:58 PM
*takes the feather*

Natia, pin him. *evil grin, manaical laughter*

Rognan Dar
Dec 23rd, 2003, 03:20:29 PM
But I don't think I want to wait and see...not this close that is...

*hides behind the sofa*

imported_Natia Telcontar
Dec 23rd, 2003, 03:22:51 PM
*tackle's Rog to the floor and takes out a container of pins and starts pinning his clothes to the floor*

Awe, come on Rog, it won't hurt a bit.

So Roggie, what's the most amount of snow you've seen before??

Jame Kaman Dar
Dec 23rd, 2003, 03:24:45 PM
*starts twitching the feather around his midsection*

Have you ever even SEEN snow, Rog?

Rognan Dar
Dec 23rd, 2003, 03:24:52 PM
The most? Uh...I dont know. Not in inches or anything. But the most we have had at our house might have been around....2-3 inches? Not sure really. I've been to the mountains and seen alot more but I don't know how much it was.

And why am I pinned to the ground?

imported_Natia Telcontar
Dec 23rd, 2003, 03:27:55 PM
*points to Kaman's post*

The most snow I've seen aside from skiing is about 4' (approx) during the blizzard of '96

Rognan Dar
Dec 23rd, 2003, 03:29:42 PM
Did you tow plan this out? Trying to tickle me with a feather as I'm being held down by pins? How does this all work. Its really quite interesting.

*doesn't mind all the attention* :D

imported_Natia Telcontar
Dec 23rd, 2003, 03:31:45 PM
Actually, no planning went into on my part, ask Kaman. She's the more evil of the two of us.

*pulls out another feather and starts to tickle Rog's ears*

Rognan Dar
Dec 23rd, 2003, 03:33:21 PM
Oh, not the ear. Thats just annoying. But still, explain to me, how is it that tiny little pins are expected to keep me down?

Marcus Telcontar
Dec 23rd, 2003, 03:48:41 PM
Ahem. Natia, behave yourself. Rognan's our friend. STFU Gollum, I DO have friends, your just a jealous loser who lost his precious. Boo bloody hoo. We hates you, we hates you forever, precioussss! Nasty snow, all cold on poor Smeagol. No nice crunchy birdssss or wriggling fish, no poor Smeagol has only candy, tastes like nasty Elveses made it. We dont like Elves, no Smeagol hatesssss them, nasty poncy eternally beautiful swarmy gits. They are all poofs. All of them! All nasty Elves all poofs!

And nasty cruel Menes are all pervy hobbit fanciers, yes they are precious. Disgusting Menssss are. Always trying to grope poor hobbits, looking for their rings. Smeagol has to hide, doesnt want preciousssss taken by creul men!.

Come now Natia, come! We musssst hurry. Smeagol will show you safe way into the mountains. No nasssssty spiders there, no. Nope. No spiders, not at all. Not a one. Spiders, there? Nope, cant be.

*pouts but stops tickling Roggies ear*

Yes Ol'Gramps. But Gramps, I think you should sit first, that way you aren't stressing your old bones. :D

And Rog, the pins aren't ment to keep you down

Thats what I'm wondering. Though you have to admit, its a pretty good impersanation. My brother like making gollum talk to. He almost sounds like it too. I bet he could put what Mark wrote and make it live...that might nt be such a good idea...

And can someone tell me why thses pins are bloody holding me down?!

imported_Natia Telcontar
Dec 23rd, 2003, 04:02:36 PM
I'm to lazy to hold you down myself Rog.

And Gramps, you'll get a crunchy bird AND fish to rest for awhile.

Jame Kaman Dar
Dec 23rd, 2003, 04:04:04 PM
*tickles Rog up and down with the big feather*

No, I don't carry around dead birds.

Rognan Dar
Dec 23rd, 2003, 04:08:54 PM
Oh...well if that is all. Could you take them out so that I dont rip my cloths? They are so hard to get this time of year.

And the feathers not doing anything, btw Jame. :)

Jame Kaman Dar
Dec 23rd, 2003, 04:10:12 PM
Darn. You're no fun.

*crosses her arms, still holding the feather*

Rognan Dar
Dec 23rd, 2003, 04:12:28 PM
I don't know what you were thinking trying to tickle someone that is fully clothed in Jedi clothing. Its got to be at lest two layers thick if not more!

:: sniffs Jame ::

You smell cruchable, preciousss. Just a nibble, eh?
