I've also got the flu/cold/deathvirus or whatever it is that's going around.

Fever = 104
Throat = sore, swollen, raw
Congestion = you don't want to know

I'm dizzy and faint, and I've been taking shots of whiskey to curb my fever and clear my throat.

I'll be around though. I'm bundled up in my leather chair with long johns, and 3 wool afghan blankets over me.

I'm not sure what I had last week, but it may have been that flu. On my birthday, I suddenly had a bad fever.

The next day, the fever was gone but my sinuses were as conjested as an LA freeway.

The day after that, my head was clear, but I had a nagging dry cough that lasted for 3 more days.

Oddest sickness I've ever had.

I usually end up with a small cold every winter and summer. It hasn't come yet, and if it doesn't i'll be truly amazed. But last night, It took me 4 HOURS just to get to sleep. This wasn't caffiene induced and I was tired as a toddler tied to a treadmill and told to run for however long it might take to tire the lil brat out. And it wasn't the music I was listening to either. I can listen to pretty much anything going to sleep, and dead silence rings in my ears.

Counting that I love dark, have a dislike for a lot of light, am a biter(erm...nibbler) and like to wear the color black...When I chalk it up to the possibility of being an insomniac, I get asked by some wierdos ( my friends) if I'm a vamp or something. Meh.
