Either 'fans isn't sending out the email, or it just hates hotmail, but I haven't gotten the confirm 'mail for Eli Krestoff.

Could you activate the account remotely?

Look in the Hotmail "Junk Email" folders. Hotmail considers vB auotmated emails spam.
