Overall i name this game the best I've played to date bar MOH and its add ons. The story was excellent continuously referring back to its original story and keeping up with the personal hell and dark noir it seems to present so well. Some areas were prolly the best gun fights i have had ever in any game ( the bullet time helped) and so i enjoyed the game emsencly.

The weapons and maps were perfect, the collateral damage was so realistic i was shooting the wall sometimes perposly to make my fight more awsome and the bullit time when a grenade explodes sending bodies everywhere..well...for gun lovers out there..they know they would enjoy that.

However there were some areas of the game i had felt i'd done before, mostly the areas such as the end boss and having to shoot out certain bits of the surroundings to disable or stop him/her. Another area i felt was quite stupid was escorting someone with only a quarter of life on them by where i had to literally put myself between me and that person from stop him from dying and i got killed several times...

On a whole however i loved it and gonna start a new game tomorrow night :) hehe

Rock on Charley, hope you enjoy the game when ya get it :)

I played the demo for a bit, and it did not take me long to figure out this game rock the sox out of any other single player first person shooter. Its absolutely stunning. The graphics are easily some of the most impressive/realistic I have seen, the story is very well done and the game play is lots and lots of fun. For those who want to give it a go, check it out here:

I tried out the demo. Pretty good. I've not played Max Payne before so I didn't know what to expect really. It was challenging and most importantly fun. I love being able to dive around :lol It's great how you can interact with things realistically, too, like knocking over bottles, boxes, etc.
