That's not really saying much. Given a brief examination of my hand, I'd say that I could easily fit a size 38D breast into it. Though I'll have to give it a more thorough examination. It's about 11 inches from the tip of my thumb to the tip of my middle finger, though, when I'm holding them as far apart as I can get them.

There is a point when even being natural gets too big. I had a friend who was really short and thin and had huge breasts. It was kinda hard for her to keep her balance like that, so she got a breast reduction.

Yeah, it all depends on the shape of the body. I mean, if a chubby girl had a size A, she'd look weird. Pregnant or something. Or like a guy with make up.

But these women getting basketball sized breasts are truly stupid. They're ruining their backs for one. A size D is hard enough to carry around when it's real, but when they're fake I'd hate to think about it. Then on top of that, a lot of them get ill from the implants because they explode or they're allergic. Or it just makes them look stupid and freakish.

I find that boob jobs which are done well contribute greatly to hawtness. Botched boob jobs are highly noticable, though. Botched breasts which are 100% erect and firm 24/7 creep me out. It detracts from the sexiness that is the breast.

I think it's all about self respect. It's easy to argue that 'natural is the best' when they look good! But if they don't? That's where the uneasiness lies. However, I think that uneasiness stems from the pressures that men (and women, mind you) put on women to look the way that advertising persuades us to want. It'll never be fair to girls (or guys, in many cases, though I am centering my point on women) to be comfortable with themselves because of what magazines and TV tell them to look like. Bigger. Blonder. Skinnier. It's not right, so I refuse to buy into the media's portrayal of women and make it a point to let my girl friends know that they are beautiful and that they rock just the way they are. A girl with a positive body image really has it going on, so those who don't have one needs lot of encouragement to get there. :)

I generally look down on cosmetic surgery and have voiced that opinion to my friends on several occasion. One particular friend is set to get a breast reduction done this christmas. She was afraid to tell me, because she thought I would be upset or something, considering that it is 'cosmetic surgery.' But I don't think reduction falls into the cosmetic surgery category whatsoever. She's doing it for her health, since she suffers from back pain. I just promised to send her flowers in the hospital and remind her that she's doing what she wants to do to benefit herself, not anyone else.
