Mistaken Identity (Ridge)

[Chelsea La]

Chelsea had been on Coruscant now for a couple of months, but as of yet, seen no sign of her identical twin sister Shandri. She's heard that she's around somewhere, but not enterly sure on where she is other than with the GJO right now. She doesn't want to approach her sister directly because she doesn't know what to say to her.

After a good while, she seats herself down on a bench and watches ppl go past.

[Ridge (Towers) Kincaid]

Twenty-seven-year-old Ridge Kincaid stepped out into the fresh air and took a deep breath. It sure beat the stuffy conference room, he'd just been in. He needed some air and began walking.

It wasn't long before he came up to a small park and saw Shandri La sitting there looking as pretty as ever.

Being the gentleman that he was, even though he was a darksider, Ridge approached her. "Miss La, what a nice surprise seeing you again. I hope you're feeling well from the other night."

[Chelsea La]

Chelsea is obviously surprised when Ridge approaches her and starts talking to her. Then she clues in that he's met Shandri and the age old want to pretend to be her kicks in. Even not knowing her personality anymore, she can still act like her twin.

"Like wise my friend. And I'm feeling well now."

Chelsea smiles at Ridge.

"Have a seat, please, and let's talk again."

[Ridge (Towers) Kincaid]

"Why sure, M'lass." He smiled. "How've you been lately?"

[Chelsea La]

"I've been doing rather well lately, and yourself?"

Chelsea questions softly, her mind trying to figure out what sort of relationship he has with her sister since she obviously doesn't know him.

[Ridge (Towers) Kincaid]

"Busy." He sighed. "But, that's what the business is all about, I could really use a vacation. But, I don't know if I could allow myself the time off. New customer's every day and I have to keep them happy."

He scooted closer. "My personal chef will me making our meal Saturday night, I hope you enjoy Corellian cousine."

[Chelsea La]

"I love Corellian Cuisine."

Chelsea comments, forgetting for the moment that she's never met this guy before.

"But if you truly wish for a vacation, then you are more than entitled to one you know. I'm sure you could leave your business for a couple of days so you could enjoy some time for yourself."

[Ridge (Towers) Kincaid]

"Perhaps one day after I have a wife and a family, but for now I might as well put in my time." He laughed. "Besides, I do have my weekends free, always must have that."

[Chelsea La]

"Well, just as long as you don't spend every day working, that's the main thing."

Chelsea says in a cheerful tone.

[Ridge (Towers) Kincaid]

"No anymore." Ridge commented. "I used too, but all work and no play makes Ridge a dull boy..." He grinned in her direction.

[Chelsea La]

Chelsea laughs lightly at Ridge's comment.

"All work and no play makes anybody a dull being. Hence my being out here instead of cooped up somewhere doing my job."

[Ridge (Towers) Kincaid]

Ridge looked at her puzzled for a moment. "I didn't realize that Padawans were allowed to have jobs outside their training times. What is it that you do?"

[Chelsea La]

Chelsea mentally beats herself up for allowing that small slip up. There is no way she's going to spill now that she isn't Shandri.

"Being the Guardian. I have told you about that haven't I?"

Chelsea prays that he will believe her on this.

[Ridge (Towers) Kincaid]

"Ahh, yes. I remember that now. Sounds rather intriguing to say the least." He smiled as he took a deep breath. "Would you like to go for some coffee? I know a nice little coffee house down the street."

[Chelsea La]

"That would be very nice."

Chelsea stands up at this point, a smile on her face still.

"Since you know the one which you are referring to, please, lead the way."

[Ridge (Towers) Kincaid]

Ridge held his arm out with a smile as he stood. "M'lady." She took his arm in hers and he led the two of them about a block down the street to Culvert's Coffee.

Ridge opened the door for her and the strong scents of fresh coffee filled the two's senses immediately. "This is my favorite coffee house." He told her as he led her to a booth in the back.

[Chelsea La]

Chelsea smiles with delight. She's always loved coffee shops and likes to go toas many as possible.

"I see why you say that this is your favorite. It's wonderful and I'm guessing that the coffee is just as good as the atmosphere here."

Ridge smiled. "It's the best coffee in Coruscant in my opinion. I like to come here at least once a day, when I can. Of course, the company is twice as nice as well."

[Chelsea La]

Chelsea smiles, happy to meet another person that knows Shandri.

"I know that this may sound odd, but could you tell me about the time we met. I'm having a bit of a hard time remembering it right now."

Chelsea hopes that she worded her request in a way which would not raise suspicions.

Ridge chuckled slightly. "I can't imagine why with all the drinks you had. We just got to know each other a bit, basically and I asked you out for Saturday night to go to my casino and have dinner on my private terrace. You're not having second thoughts are you?"
