Its acknowledging similar roots, I guess. The way I RP Sanis, he could easily find center in a Tarantino movie. Lot of noir, nods to old westerns and blaxploitation, and style that is less prevalent in action pop culture today than it was a few decades ago.

Not really. This is a story that I've been working on for a while. The only real element that my latest RP and Kill Bill has is revenge factor. But in my RP, it's kinda stressed that revenge isn't going to set things back to zero. Something's got to give before that happens.
