Okay...now that I'm finally getting around to doing this RP (took me a full year)...I thought I might let everyone on as to what is going on with this RP (since it is rather long).

The Civil War is a year-long (IC time) war between two factions...The Royalists (or those who follow Kiterix) and the Imperials (or those who go with Millard).

The main obstacle for Millard is to get those who are with him organized, because they are fractionalized.

Also, what is Shadow Squadron (all those who are members get a heads up)? With their leader gone and a new one in place, can the squadron even trust their leader?

And who're the Inquisitors? We've seen their influence in the Balmorran Empire for a while now. Are they controlling Kiterix or is he them?

Then there are those attacks on the outskirts of the Empire.

And a certain smuggler named s'Ilancy.

Well there ya have it. A brief plot description of the Civil War. Now that everyone has a brief summary of what's going to happen...I can get on with the posting.

So which faction is controlling the Hapan Empire which was assumed conquered but never was due to a stalled thread?

Unless I'm terribly wrong, neither. The Civil War is set timewise before the conquest of Hapes.

Lance doesn't belong in a Straight Jacket. He belongs in the NR, which is where he is!!! If only someone would train him, where is Lion?
