Dangerous Liasons (open to Jedi)

One evening, the relative calm of the Bar & Grill was interrupted in a flourish. Quickly, a group of red-armored Cizerack soldiers entered, forming a half-dozen strong phalanx around the door. Though unarmed, a half dozen Cizerack Keeij'aiduul guard were by no means defenseless, and were there for one reason alone:

To protect the next figure who walked through the door.

Entering with far less flourish than his escorts, Keerrourri Sarrtarroa passed through the doors, brushing back a dark lock of hair as two other Keeij'aiduul guardsmen closed the doors behind him. The dramatic entrance had certainly turned all eyes in his direction.

"jI am lookjing forrr the Jedji. jI ssseek thejirrr prrrotectjion."

The entrance into the bar caused a silence to spread over many of the patrons. Most of them were padawans, with a few knights, who quickly returned to their drinks once I stood up to greet our... guests.

"Protection?"

I looked up at the male Cizerack who had asked the question, trying to carefully sense his feelings. For the moment, I could not.

"May I ask from what?"

"Frrrom whom."

Sarrtarroa corrected her promptly, but nodded empathetically.

"But jif jI had morrre detajilsss, jI would not rrrequjirrre jyourrr ssserrrvjicesss, Mjissstrrressssss Jedji."

He paused, eyes closing momentarily in embarassment.

"Mjy apologjiesss, jI have not jintrrroduced mjyssself. jI am Keerrrrrrourrrrrrji Sssarrrrrrtarrrrrroa, Emjissssssarrrjy to the Prrrjide Motherrr of the Cjizerrrack Prrrjide. jI have come herrre at herrr behessst, ssso that jI majy sssee herrr wjill done."

He paused, and bowed to Ryla.

I was curious as to the nature of the request, but I had to respect his wishes.

"I can have a private room made ready for us, to ensure that you and your men are safe, if you require it."

There were such rooms in the back, if you knew how to get into them, and I was sure that nobody would take issue in a matter such as this.

Keerrourri arched an eyebrow.

"jI ssseek jyourrr help asss bodjyguarrrdsss. jI feel that mjy futurrre endeavorrrsss majy rrrequjirrre jyourrr talentsss, orrr thossse of otherrr Jedji."

"Fair enough... I was only concerned with the well being of you and your men, but perhaps I was mistaken."

I glanced around, noticing that the subtle chatter amongst the patrons had resumed.

"What sort of protection are you looking for then, Emissary?"
