[Hapan Expeditionary Fleet]

I would like to place an order to Corellian Engineering Corporation to build some ships for my Empire. Since the TSO owns Corellia, I thought this would be appropriate place to purchase the ships I need:
50 HLAF 500s
50 HLAF 250s
10 Corellian Gunships
4 Nebulon-B Escort Frigates
2 Nebulon-B2 Escort Frigates
1 Nebulon-B4 Escort Frigate

Here are the normal market prices for the ships:
1 HLAF 500: 5,000 credits/50 = 250,000
1 HLAF 250: 1,000 credits/50 = 50,000
1 Corellian Gunship: 150,000/10 = 1,500,000
1 Nebulon-B Escort Frigate: 250,000/4 = 1,000,000
2 Nebulon-B2 Escort Frigate: 500,000/2 = 1,000,000
1 Nebulon-B4 Escort Frigate: 750,000/1 = 750,000
Total Market Value of Ships: 4,550,000

But, we are prepared to pay 5 times the market price for the ships. Not only do we need the ships, but we are also in need of Allies. So we will pay: 22,750,000 for these ships.

I'm not sure TSO would consider building ships for an outside power, who they aren't already tied to through alliance or some such.

Like Warlock said, unless you're in an alliance with us, there's no reason for us to make ships for you. Yes, we'd get money out of the deal, but what's to say you won't turn right around and use said ships on us in an attack?

Also, if it is decided to make ships for you, we have a policy where we put a dormant remote in the ships that can be activated by us to destroy the ships if you decided to attack us with them. (This applies to allies and nhon-allies alike... it's basically an insurance for ourselves.)

Now, if I read your post correctly, you want these ships built, and as a token you wish to be our allies? Did I read that right? If so, a meeting will need to be called of all the Elders on the matter.
