All right! My infamously long-winded thread, The best Archer in Nottingham (http://www.swforums.net/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=22542) is now one year old, and still running.

Who knew it would last so long? Not me. I thought it would be over by November of last year! Okay, so there were some slow periods, but the thread was defintiely worth the wait.

So, in celebration, everybody has to go and read the whole thing!

Or, you all can cheat.

But be warned, the test questions will be based from the actual readings.

In the event that the Cliff's notes just take too long to read, I have prepared an ultra-abridged version of the thread in the tradition of Rinkworks's critically acclaimed Book-a-Minute (http://www.rinkworks.com/bookaminute/) series.

Sejah Haversh

I've been invited to the Rho'istaan competition on Nehantish.

Loki Ahmrah

I'm going along to provide youthful exuberance to the story.

(They go to Nehantish, and it is FUN. Sejah rides too FAST on his BIKE.)

Rho'istaan Competitor

Low-born scum.

Sejah Haversh

My skills will speak for me.

(Sejah WINS the match. Then he gets BEAT UP but he still wins.)

Crowd

Hooray for Sejah!

(The MEDIA makes Sejah look BAD)

Crowd

Booooo! We hate Sejah!

(Loki gets in TROUBLE. He gets out of TROUBLE. A lot of BAD THINGS happen.)

J'ktal Anajii

Notice how sinister and mysterious I am.

(Somehow, things WORK OUT, but that part hasn't been WRITTEN yet.)

THE END

And you know what? Somehow, about three posts of Best Archer are better than the entire script for Ep1 and EP2 combined.

Well, I would volunteer to write Episode III, but it would have to be an EE FotR length epic. And Pauly shore would have to get killed in it, and Steve Martin would have to play a Jedi cameo.

:D I remember doing a particular multiple choice test: the answers were something like A,B,D,C,A,B,D,C,.... LOL And Only three people in the class (of 25 students) figured out there was a pattern. :| That was the most fun test ever!

I passed a biology final once by assigning a musical note to each letter and writing out the tune of "Mary had a little lamb." :D
